By installing the Self-Talk Voice Journal app or in any other way using or accessing our services, you accept the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions and the processing of your personal data.
Logic Colony Limited is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it clear to you what exactly you are paying for.
The Self-Talk Voice Journal app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide the Service. You are responsible for keeping your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Jailbreaking can make your phone vulnerable to malware (malicious programs), compromise your phones security features and could mean that the Self-Talk Voice Journal app will not function correctly or at all.
Some functionality may require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile). Logic Colony is not responsible for any functionality that is not available due to the lack of an active internet connection.
Logic Colony accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of using the app.
Logic Colony may wish to provide updates to the app. The requirements for the supported system (iOS) may change, and you may need to download the iOS system updates to continue using the app.
We reserve the right to stop providing the app, and terminate its use at any time, without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
Self-Talk Voice Journal Premium.
This section only applies when you purchase and/or subscribe to Self-Talk Voice Journal Premium or other paid products. By paying the subscription fee you get access to Self-Talk Voice Journal Premium during the time your subscription is valid, subject to these Terms. All subscriptions with Self-Talk Voice Journal Premium are paid in advance. You may at any time terminate your membership, in which case your membership will still be valid for the subscription time you have already paid for. If you have subscribed to Self-Talk Voice Journal Premium through the use of the App Store, using in-app purchase, you can only cancel your subscription through the use of their services. Logic Colony reserves the right to change the subscription fees from time to time. You hereby consent to start using the Services immediately upon subscribing with Self-Talk Voice Journal Premium or other paid products. All payments handled by Apple, such as in-app purchases, can only be refunded by Apple and with Apple’s consent.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PROVIDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF USE, DATA, AND PROFITS, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR OTHER INTANGIBLE OR ECONOMIC LOSS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE SPENDEE AND INTEGRATED THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, ESPECIALLY DUE TO REDUCTION OF AVAILABILITY, CANCELLATION OR MODIFICIATION, HACKING ATTACKS, FAILURE, MALFUNCTION OR OCCURRENCE OF OTHER ERRORS IN THE OPERATION OF SPENDEE OR INTEGRATED THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, EVEN IF PROVIDER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LIMITATION ABOVE DOES NOT INCLUDE PROVIDER’S LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, MISREPRESENTATION AND PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH. You use the Service at your own risk. The Service is provided “AS IS”, without any warranties, and Provider does not warrant that the Service and availability thereof will be uninterrupted or error free. Provider does not assume any responsibility for errors or omissions in the information or software or other documents, including User Material, which are referenced by or linked to. References or links to third parties’ websites are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall Provider be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Provider’s aggregated liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the lesser of: (i) membership fees paid by the user; (ii) membership fees paid by the user during the previous calendar year. By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Logic Colony Limited.
